"Teri's style of coaching is like best friend talk minus the sugar coating and with an extra scoop of unconditional support and compassion.”

"I found her to be very open and warm. She was able to help me 'hear' things I was saying but didn’t realize how they sounded.  If that makes much sense. She was patient to listen. Helpful in the areas I am struggling with in that she was able to show me a different, more constructive way to view issues I am having. I didn’t feel judged with her at all. This was so important to me. I appreciated meeting her and look forward to using her services in the future."

“I would need an entire book to fully capture the positive energy, healthy outlook, and coping mechanisms bestowed on me by Teri. Whether you've experienced a gradual buildup of stress in your life or you find dealing with personal grief to be an insurmountable task, I sincerely believe Teri has a gift for revealing a new perspective on how to overcome personal challenges. She has helped me develop a positive set of tools that without question have helped me manage and work through my grief. She has helped me see that I have the tools which allow me to not only move beyond my grief, but to embrace it and to use it as a tool for growing as an individual. Often times we rely on family or best friends for advice, and while that advice is sometimes helpful and typically given with the best of intentions, it doesn't always help us move beyond our personal challenges. I am forever grateful for Teri's natural insight on working through and overcoming personal issues, and her fresh perspective on how I could turn those challenges into positive growth experiences, helping me develop a more wholesome and healthy outlook on life.”

"I wasn’t sure what I needed and certainly not what to expect. I'll admit I almost never called, boy am I glad I did! With Teri's guidance I'm finding healthy ways to finally let go of a pain that’s kept me in my own mental holding cell most of my life. I can’t thank her enough, not just for me, but my family as well. At 57, I'm realizing I've always had the key to unlock the door, I just never knew it. My life is changing forever."

"Sometimes it just takes one simple bit of insight from an amazingly sweet friend to put the entire heavy weight you have been carrying on your shoulders into perspective and give you peace to move forward. I love you Teri Pugh."

"Teri has been very helpful about helping me with learning more about myself and how to look deeper inside my feelings and heart. She helped me to see things about myself that I would never have looked at on my own. This new insight and knowledge has helped me become truer to myself and let go of some very heavy baggage and also be more mindful of my past and of the present moment. She did this by allowing ME to lead myself to these realizations. I highly recommend anyone looking for the light within themselves or just a bit of clarity to their daily chaos to speak with her."

"I was referred to Teri by someone at my church shortly after a close friend of mine passed. I felt the loss was affecting me deeper than I knew. I checked out a couple programs offered to the public and was grateful, but deep down, knew it wasn't the right fix. I've experienced a lot of loss in my life and came to realize while working with Teri; that my friends passing was compounded by everything I'd never fully come to peace with, even in those times I'd lost my dignity as a child. I dove into her grief recovery process and shortly began feeling something I’d not felt in a long time, true happiness. Things are now happening in my life that I've prayed about for years! I realized I was the only one standing in my way. When I think about it, how could I ever recognize God showing up in my life while I held to my baggage so tightly? I’ve released by the bag full and Teri compassionately walked me through all of it. She encouraged me and lovingly supporting me through releasing the old and celebrating the new. There’s no one else I would recommend, over Teri and her process of Transcending Turbulence, because that woman knows what she is doing!"
